Based in San Juan Capistrano, CA. Available to travel to your event destination. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
- Mileage fees required for events 30+ miles from content creator’s base location. Mileage or Flights + up to (2) night accommodations required for events 100+ miles from content creator’s base location.
What is the initial payment on my investment + terms to secure date?
An initial payment of 50% on your overall investment and signed contract must be made within 72 hours of receiving your contract to secure your date.
How will I receive my content and how long do you store files?
All content will be delivered within 24 hours of event, with edited reels delivered within 72 hours. We deliver all files through a Dropbox folder where you will have access to view and download. We store all content files for up to one year, after this period files will be deleted, and it is the client’s responsibility to download and store their content for long term access.
When will we know who will be onsite capturing content?
A Yours Socially content creator will be carefully selected to ensure the best fit for the event. This assignment is determined and confirmed prior to the event and you will be introduced by Karissa. In the event of a last minute emergency, adjustments may be made to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
